Effective March 21, 2022, the State of Emergency put in place by the Province of Nova Scotia is lifted. Any exceptional procurement processes or standards implemented in response to the State of Emergency are no longer in effect.

As of March 21, 2022, proof of vaccination will not be required for most government workplaces. However, suppliers working on behalf of the Nova Scotia Government and entering High-Risk Settings must adhere to the COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination Protocol in High-Risk Settings protocol and complete the Supplier Attestation Form if they have not previously submitted a form. Our staff provide knowledge and expertise to our clients as they seek unique, creative, sustainable procurement solutions for complex business needs. We oversee the Nova Scotia Sustainable Procurement Policy and manage the high value procurement process for government departments, the Nova Scotia Health Authority and the IWK.
We guide agencies, boards and commissions as well as the greater public sector including municipalities, academic institutions and schools in their procurement efforts.
We provide outreach and education to our supplier community encouraging them to become part of the public procurement equation. We also deliver sustainable procurement education to our internal client department as well as those in the MASH sector.
