We support Government Departments, Agencies, Boards and Commissions, the Nova Scotia Health Authority (NSHA), IWK, Municipalites, Provincial Academic Institutions and Regional Education Centres.
For each of the systems detailed, the Procurement Business Systems team provides support through a tiered model, together with training, subject matter expertise and advice, and participating with procurement process change (and in certain cases – leading this change).
Accessing support has gotten a lot easier - with a simple ticket form. Clients are asked to complete the form - and simply submit.
Once a ticket is submitted, you will receive an email confirming your ticket submission, along with a ticket number.
All submitted tickets are reviewed and triaged by a our Tier 1 Operations Support Coordinator. Tickets may be resassigned to other Procurement Business Systems team members or responded to directly.
