The Cape Breton-Victoria Regional Centre for Education (CBVRCE) will receive offers in the form of proposals for audit services as outlined in the “Request for Proposal, Audit Services”. It is the intent of this proposal call to obtain offers to provide audit services for the Cape Breton-Victoria Regional Centre for Education.
Proposals will be received up to Tuesday, May 18, 2021 – 2:00 p.m. AST.
Request for Proposal packages may be obtained at the address below.
All bidders must register with Mr. Kevin Moules, Purchasing Agent by phone (902-562-6025), by fax (902) 539-9195, or in person at 999 Gabarus Highway, Prime Brook, Nova Scotia. Only registered bidders will be notified of addenda.
CBVRCE shall not be responsible for costs incurred in the preparation and submission of proposals in response to this Request for Proposal. CBVRCE reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted, or to accept a proposal in its entirety without negotiation, or to accept any part thereof, in its sole discretion, considering the best interest of CBVRCE. No obligation to enter into a contract with any company is expressed or implied. CBVRCE reserves the right to terminate the process without award of a contract.

Lowest or any proposal not necessarily accepted.
Faxed or electronic proposals will not be considered.
Late proposals will not be accepted.
The Cape Breton-Victoria Regional Centre for Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, not necessarily accept the lowest proposal, or to accept any proposal which it may consider to be in its best interest. The Cape Breton-Victoria Regional Centre for Education also reserves the right to waive formality, informality, or technicality in any proposal.
