Mandatory Meeting: A mandatory bidders’ meeting scheduled for August 17, 2022. All interested vendors are required to meet promptly at 8:30 AM local time at 375 Cowie Hill Rd. The bidders’ meeting will be followed by site visits at Sackville Sports Stadium, Acadia School Building, Cobequid Terminal and Sackville Metro Link Terminal. Vendors who intend to bid on the above sites must attend the site visit. Vendors are recommended to view all other sites, listed in the RFQ, that they intend to bid on prior to the August 17th meeting. Interested vendors will provide their own transportation to and from the meeting.
We are unable to attach the RFQ documents due to files size being too large. Interested bidders are to send an email to contractadministrator@halifax.ca and saundesa@halifax.ca to get a copy of the RFQ documents.
