Water System Assessment Reports
Request for Proposals
The Municipality of the County of Richmond is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking the services of a qualified firm to conduct system assessment reports (SARs) for the two water systems comprising the Richmond Water Utility, namely:
• Arichat / Petit de Grat Water System
• Louisdale / Evanston / Whiteside Water System
SARs must follow the Terms of Reference for System Assessment Reports for Municipal Drinking Water Systems as issued by Nova Scotia Environment and amended June 15, 2022.
The detailed Request for Proposals is available from the Provincial Procurement Services Web Portal at https://procurement.novascotia.ca/ or may be requested electronically by contacting the undersigned. Not necessarily the lowest or any bid will be accepted.
Quotations must be submitted electronically or in a sealed envelope marked “Tender MOCR202210” to the undersigned no later than 2:00 pm on August 11, 2022. Please confirm receipt if submitting electronically.
