| Memorandum |
The Municipality of Pictou County (MOPC) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to develop a comprehensive Municipal Planning Strategy (MPS) and Land Use By-Law (LUB) which will meet the conditions outlined in Nova Scotia’s Minimum Planning Requirements Regulations. In addition to this, Proponents shall be required to provide recommendations for the updating of relevant related MOPC policies, bylaws, and other documents such as the Municipality’s Subdivision Bylaw, Building Bylaw, Private Roads Policy, and design specifications, among other documents.
